Your Peeps

I dream of you Last night
Which that’s rare for me to do
I thought it was
Cute and it centered on you
I think you can safely
Say your heart is safe with me
I know I am not like no other
And in time you will see
There is something that
Is so intriguing with you
And I am going to sit back
And see what this is willing to do
You have been threw
Much
But no one female
Has had that one touch
To ease the day
Just by the word she chose to say
To love unconditionally
From the heart
This is where true love
Really has a start
I don’t just want to be
Like all the others with arterial motives in mind
I want you to know I appreciate and adore
The treasure that I find
Yes you are a
Diamond in the rough
You are a man who I feel
Possess all the right stuff
I want to be your best friend
Your confidante, the shoulder that you need
I am not here to cut
Your heart and make you bleed
I want to help restore
and bring a healing and relive you to from your past
What I am presenting to you
Is Something that will truly last.
Loyalty, commitment, and trust
Is what we both seek
So in essence I can
Be that one Love that wont leak.
The one who holds
Your dreams
The one who
Stands with you and works as a team
See I understand what it means
To invest my time, my heart to my best friend
I am not here to take away from you
But adding to
You is what I want to do
These are not just sweets
Words to just past the time
I just putting everything I need
To say on the bottom line
But if it’s a game you chose
And not looking for nothing that is for keeps
Then go ahead drink you drinks cut your hair
Serve your time, and I pray you find you peeps.
